Arbor Day/Earth Day at Green Valley

Posted by on Monday, April 12th, 2010

At Green Valley, Arbor Day and Earth Day mean trees, and lots of them!  The weather is cooperating and the trees will be here soon!  Over 600 of them!

For the homeowner, now is the time to be taking stock of your trees and planning for the future.  Inspect your trees and take note of any insect infestation or broken branches.  Note areas where trees could be planted to provide heat and wind protection.  Perhaps there is public space in your neighborhood that would benefit from trees.  Just about any outdoor space can benefit  and now is the time to plant!
