GREEN VALLEY PLANT GUARANTEE

 

All plants may be returned within 5 days with original receipt;

retail customers will receive a store credit via gift card.

Store credit only - We do not offer any cash refunds.

TREES AND SHRUBS:

Green Valley Garden Center gives all of our retail customers a one (1) year warranty on trees and shrubs purchased at our Garden Center location.

• Discounted items of 50% or more are not covered under a guarantee or warranty. Material planted in containers, raised beds, or parkways is not covered under a warranty.

• The warranty is valid for one (1) year from the original date of purchase & covers 100% of the original amount paid for the plant.

• You MUST bring in your original receipt, as well as the dead plant material to activate the warranty.

• There will only be one store credit of the tree or shrub issued.

TOOLS, POTTERY, AND GIFT ITEMS:

• Return within 30 days in original condition with tags and original receipt to receive store credit via gift card.

 

Annuals, groundcovers, houseplants, perennials, aquatics, tropicals, vegetables, herbs and sale items 50% & over are not under warranty.

 

**Plant maintenance is the customer’s responsibility. If you have questions or issues please call the Garden Center immediately- we are happy to help. There will be no warranty or store credit of any plant which has been damaged by factors beyond Green Valley’s control (i.e. loss from frost, fire, flood, improper drainage, over/under watering, hail, tornado, vandalism, herbivorous animals, pet damage, mower/weed whip damage, insect, fungus, planting too deep, etc.) or due to lack of any maintenance for which the customer is responsible. **
